Local government entities in New York State who are looking to contract with NYSTEC should follow these four simple steps:
STEP 1: Meet with NYSTEC and define the project to be accomplished.
STEP 2: Request a Technical and Cost Proposal from NYSTEC.
STEP 3: Complete any steps your municipality requires for internal procurement. NYSTEC will help wherever possible.
STEP 4: When the contract is ready, authorize NYSTEC to begin work.
